GREAT FALLS - Today was the 18th annual Mothers Day brunch and historical tour at the Ursuline Center. The Ursuline Center helped to make mothers day very special for great falls families with their annual brunch and historic tours.

"Historical tours is a great opportunity for people to come down and view the Ursuline Center, see the history. We have been around for over a century, so yeah it's a super exciting time," says Center Director Brian Aliperto.

This year the Ursuline Center staffed readied themselves for a much larger crowd than last year.

"We'll probably put 6 or 700 through here today, serving them breakfast and just thanking them for their support," says Aliperto.

To put on such a big mothers day event takes a lot of helpful hands, which the Ursuline Center never seem to be in short supply of.

"It's fantastic, it takes a lot of volunteers. there is a lot of people that absolutely love this facility," says Aliperto.

And even if you missed the Mothers Day festivities and still want to learn about the centers rich history, the Ursuline Center director says you can stop by and tour.

"Yes absolutely, people can come down if they just let us know that they are coming we've got a tour guide that can show them, we got a history museum full of Native American artifacts. You know, all the rich history of when the Ursuline Sisters came out here," says Aliperto.

The mothers day brunch is also a very successful fundraiser for the Ursuline Center every year.
