According to the Montana Highway Patrol, shortly after 11pm Bussian was driving on Canyon Ferry Road when he swerved to avoid a piece of debris, he then over-corrected and lost control of the vehicle.

The vehicle rolled at least once and ejected Bussian. He was transported to St. Peter's Hospital, but was eventually pronounced dead.

It is unknown if speed or alcohol were factors in the accident, which is still under investigation, but MHP confirmed that he was not wearing a seatbelt.
