Matthew Boyland Apprehended in Wyoming

GREAT FALLS - Several weeks after not appearing in court for an initial appearance a warrant was issued for Matthew Boyland, and ABC Montana has confirmed that he was recently arrested in Wyoming.

Authorities in Sweetwater County, Wyoming have confirmed that Matthew Boyland was booked in the county jail on May 9th.  
Boyland was pulled over for a traffic stop near Jamestown when he was arrested on a charge of interference with a peace officer. According to a Detective with Sweetwater County Police, Boyland had no form of ID, and gave a false name and date of birth.  
Boyland was finally identified after photos of his tattoos were taken while being booked, and forwarded to Cascade County who confirmed it was him.
Boyland had recently been sentenced to four years in prison for an assault with a weapon conviction. No word has been given on a possible return to Montana.
