Mountain View Elementary Brings the Past Alive

Mountain View Elementary School held an interesting take on wax museum. Today they highlighted famous Montanan's throughout history. Joe Biega was down their earlier and caught up with some of the kids and the famous people they are portraying.

4th grade students at Mountain View put on a "who's - who" of famous Montanan's in a wax museum style. Community members were allowed to attend and hear the history of the different people exhibited through the research of the students. According to the 4th grade teacher these kids worked very hard on their project and looked forward to showing off all they have learned.

"Oh it's the greatest, the kids have been just off the wall excited today. It's been such a long project and they worked so hard to get to this point that today they are just so proud and showing everything the have learned," says Teacher Angie Schei.

Also Joining the students were two Montanan's being highlighted in the 4th grade museum. Loren Acton and Norma Ashby got a chance to talk with the Students who were portraying them. Both commented on how much of a good job these students did.
