POST FALLS, Idaho - Nearly 10,000 people were without power at one point on Monday afternoon in the Post Falls area. 

Kootenai Electric was reporting about 4400, while Avista was reporting over 5000 without service after a pop-up canopy somehow flew up into some power lines. 

Both Kootenai Electric and Avista were reporting the power was back on as of 6:20pm.
