GREAT FALLS - New developments have started to surface in the investigation surrounding the Montana Expo Park and the termination of its General Manager Lisa Bracco.

According to reports, The Great Falls Tribune has reportedly asked a judge to release the documents that were involved in Bracco's removal.

Papers have reportedly been filed that intervene in the lawsuit Bracco filed against Cascade County after her firing a month ago.

Bracco's lawsuit accuses County Commissioners of violating several laws and the State Constitution for not notifying her to discuss her employment with commissioners.

The county argues that two meetings were posted on the county commissioners public calendar that could be seen at its office.
