The first Alive at 5 for the year has come to an end and according to the head of the Downtown Association it was a big hit.
Tonight's band was Mables Rage, Alive at 5 features local band acts to help promote the downtown area and our local talent. For her first time planning an alive at 5, head of the downtown association, Erin Doran felt tonight's went well and they have much more in store for Great Falls.
"First one we are doing it in the parks. We learned a lot last year from doing them in the parks that everybody really likes them in the parks, so were doing a lot more in the park. We're doing half in the park and half downtown. So this first one is going really well, the weather definitely cooperated," says Erin Doran, Downtown Association.
The next Alive at 5 will be in Wittier Park and it will also feature the taste of Great Falls event as well. The headlining band will be the 49th Street Blues Project.
