Carroll College confirms that Bruce Parker has accepted the position of Director of Athletics at Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Montana.

Parker has been a member of the Carroll community since 2003. During his time at Carroll, he oversaw the addition of Men’s and Women’s Cross Country, Men’s and Women’s Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field, Men’s Soccer and Women’s Softball. He has hired many of the talented coaches and staff that support Carroll's student-athletes on a daily basis. Under Parker's leadership of the Fighting Saints athletic program, Carroll College teams have brought home numerous conference and national titles. Carroll College has been awarded the Frontier Conference's Bandy All-Sports Award six times during Parker's tenure.

"Bruce has been instrumental in expanding the opportunities for our students to participate in collegiate athletics—opportunities to be successful in the classroom, as well as on the field, court, track or course. Bruce has contributed significantly to increasing the profile of the college during his time as Director of Athletics. We wish him all the best in his new position leading the Rocky Mountain Battlin' Bears," Carroll College President Dr. Tom Evans said.

An immediate review of the Director of Athletics position will be undertaken by the college to assess Carroll College’s needs and expectations for the next Director of Athletics.
