BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - A jury has found a Bismarck man guilty on murder conspiracy charges for death of an 18-year-old South Dakota man who had recently moved to the area.
The Bismarck Tribune reports (http://bit.ly/1jeE4hr) a jury found 20-year-old Joshua Clark guilty of conspiracy to commit murder, a class AA Felony.
Authorities allege that Clark and 26-year-old Theo Crowe conspired to kill John Swain, who had recently moved to Bismarck from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, when he was killed and dismembered last year.
Crowe pleaded guilty to the conspiracy charge in the case last October and was sentenced in January to life in prison. On Tuesday he refused to testify against Clark.
A pre-sentence investigation will take place before he is sentenced. Clark could be sentenced to life in prison.
