University of Great Falls lacrosse coach Kylan Hallett has announced the signing of Tyler Sanchez to the UGF program.

Sanchez is a midfielder at Vallivue High School in Caldwell, Idaho.

“Tyler is a smart, athletic midfielder who will help us a lot in the transition game,” Hallett said. “He will be an integral part of the solid foundation we are building here at UGF.”

Sanchez was a founding member of the Vallivue High lacrosse program, and is also a two-time team captain. He boasts a 3.9 grade point average and plans to major in biology at UGF.

“Tyler is exactly the sort of student-athlete we're looking to bring in,” Hallett said.

Sanchez is the son of K'Ann and Frank Sanchez.
