Police Catch Suspected Montanajo E-Cig Burglars

Posted: Updated:
The Great Falls Police Department detective on the case said this morning that 2 male juvenile suspects have been cited and an arrest is imminent. The burglary happened last month a few days after Christmas on Sunday December 28th around 1 am in morning. The owner of the store said even though the suspects are juveniles it doesn't make a difference.

"This is a pretty serious offense I believe and I think they need to realize how serious it is, at their young age this is probably the biggest mistake they have ever made, I do feel they definitely need to be held accountable in some way this" said Karen Lensing.

The detective on the case said because of all of the media attention they believed this helped with identifying the two juvenile male suspects.

The owner of the store said they stole 5,000 dollars worth of these e-cigarettes and only other premium products. A confidential source told ABC FOX Montana that the two suspects had been in the store before, which could be one of the reasons that they knew where the most expensive merchandise was. We cannot verify that. The detective also said the items that they so far have recovered none of them are salvageable.
