UGF Basketball Signs Trio

GREAT FALLS, Mont. – University of Great Falls men's basketball coach Anthony Owens has announced the signing of three players to the Argonauts program.

The three joining the program are Omar Traore, Jourdain Richard and Dominic Valles.

Traore was an All-League selection while averaging 12.7 points and 5.6 rebounds per game. He led the Golden League in 3-point shooting as he connected on 46 percent from the perimeter while competing for William J. Knight High in Palmdale, Calif.

Richard was a four-year letter-winner for Cypress Ridge High School in Houston. He led Cypress Ridge in rebounding and twice earned All-League honorable mention. He was named to the All-Tournament Team at the Gulf Coast Classic and he played AAU basketball for the Houston Hardballers.

Valles is a 5-10 guard from Battle Mountain, Nev. He averaged 12.6 points and 3.1 assists during his three-year varsity career. He earned All-Conference honorable mention three times.
