Carroll Football Says Season Isn't Done Yet

Posted: Updated:

The Carroll football team finds itself in unfamiliar territory after dropping two games in a row for the first time since 2012, which is also the last time Carroll failed to make the postseason. Right now the Saints are sitting at 3-3, but the team has confidence that if they win out. They can still sneak into the playoffs. However, they have a tough test right out of the gates hosting a Montana Tech team that already defeated them earlier this year.

"Our record so far isn't showing us right now that we're a losing team, or that we've done terrible, or anything like that," said Saints sophomore defensive end Beaugh Meyer. "We still have an opportunity to be a great team."

"Offensively last week we started to move the football," said Saints senior quarterback Mac Roche. "And so we came out aggressive in the second half, and that's the mentality we have to approach every game from here on out. We've got to be the aggressors when we come out on the field."
