MSU-Northern Football Signs Chinook All-Stater

Posted: Updated:

Chinook's Kenneth Pruttis signed his National Letter of Intent to continue his football career at MSU-Northern.

The Lights, who haven't won a football game since 2014, could certainly use the Chinook star. Pruttis lead the Beeters in receiving yards (635) and touchdown receptions (16), interceptions (9) and interceptions per game (0.9). His biggest pick came in the state quarterfinals against Ennis, where Pruttis had an interception that essentially sealed the game and helped Chinook hold on to their 6-point lead.

Pruttis signed with Northern back on December 2nd. The current senior told KFBB that he chose MSUN because it's close to home and they had a degree that he wanted to go into, so it seemed like a perfect fit.

?Chinook won the Class C 8-Man State title in 2015.
