Great Falls Voyagers players won't take the field at Centene Stadium for a few more weeks, but this Thursday, professionals from a different sport will be featured there.
It's the second annual 'Legends of the Falls' featuring some of the biggest names from wrestling's past. Guys like Mick Foley, Brutus Beefcake, Billy Gunn and Chris Masters are all scheduled to appear. After hundred's of fans turned out last year, the Voyagers decided to get involved again with Big-Time Wrestling promotion. General manager Scott Reasoner says it's important to continue to bring events like these to the Electric City to help give fans a variety of entertainment options.
"It's absolutely huge, it's how you build an event. It's how you build the nohow for an event. People who came out to the event last year, ask them, they know, they put on one heck of a show. These guys, you might not have seen them on TV the last couple of years, but they still have it and that's how we want to build tradition and build really great events for our community," Reasoner says.
The event is Thursday night, June 3rd at Centene Stadium. Doors open at six and the wrestling starts at 7:30. Field seats cost 30 dollars each while general admission tickets are 20 bucks.
