The Electric City Outlaws made their first state tournament game played in Great Falls a very memorable one, beating the Plains Vipers 14-1 in 5 innings on Friday at Cash Warren Memorial Field.
With the win, the Outlaws advanced to Saturday's semifinal where they will meet familiar foe, Missoula, at 2pm. The Pioneers beat Helena 11-1 in 5 innings in the first game of the day. Missoula and Great Falls have met in the title game the last two years, with the Outlaws winning in 2015 to advance to the Regional tournament.
Helena will face Plains in loser out action Saturday morning at 11, then the winner will face the loser of Great Falls and Missoula at 5pm.
