This weekend marks the 5th annual Red Ants Pants Festival in White Sulphur Springs.
Despite the heat people packed the area to listen to today's line up which included artists like Wyonna and The Big Noise. According to Communications Director Kathy Weber last year alone 14-thousand people came throughout the weekend and this year organizers are planning on seeing even more.
"Economic impact studies from the department of commerce several years ago they were estimating 2.8 million changing hands just in the town over the weekend," said Sarah Colhoun.
Part of that economic impact is getting a new school.
