Great Falls Voyagers vs. Ogden Raptors Doubleheader

Posted: Updated:

KFBB's own Alexis Hatfield opened up the second game of Wednesday's Great Falls Voyagers double-header with the national anthem against the Ogden Raptors.

But first, the Voyagers had the bats working in game one. In the bottom of the fifth inning, right fielder Aaron Schnurbusch connected for his 4th home run of the season to put the Voyagers up 3-1.

Later in the fifth inning with the score still 3-1, Corey Zangari decided to catch long ball fever as well. The two-run opposite field jack made the score 5-1 Great Falls.

Then the home team flashed a little leather. Ogden's Luis Paz lifted a deep fly ball to left field, but Jameson Fisher made the acrobatic catch to end the threat.

Great Falls took the first game by a score of 6-1, but dropped game two later in the evening 9-4.

Aaron Schnurbusch homered in each contest, which increased his season total to five.
