As a continuing effort to control the chronic wasting disease in Montana, the Montana Fish,Wildlife and Parks have granted another CWD special hunt near Chester.

It's for the Sage Creek area, earlier this year a mule deer was harvested with the disease in the hunting district, which borders Canada. FWP is hoping to sell 335 licenses and of those, 60 would be either sex, and the rest would be antlerless. FWP said hunters who do harvest an animal must keep certain parts of the animal in the transport zone. Those parts are cut meat or quarters that only have the leg bone. Part you are not able to take are the TRZ are the brain or the spinal column.

Those zones are Liberty, Toole and Hill counties. If you are caught with those parts, lemon said you could face several fines. Licenses will go on sale December 26th and the hunt would go until January 6th.

KFBB is receiving reports that a presidential plane has landed in Great Falls at the Montana Air National Guard. It is unclear what exactly the plane is doing at MANG, although it is suspected the plane could be apart of the President's fleet and there wasn't room at the Missoula International Airport for the entire fleet to land.  Our Ricky Blackburn is currently on the scene at the airport, and is working to bring us more information as it becomes available.
