But in case the unexpected happens, an unlikely group of hobbyists – ham radio operators – are standing at the ready and may save us all.

    The Big Horn County Sheriff's Office has arrested and booked a man suspected of first degree murder Saturday. Jacob Ozuna fled the state of Washington.
