Dexter, Kirby and Franklin are three doxies that have become the highlight of every day for us...their human parents! They were all purchased as puppies at about two year intervals, but have become inseparable through the years. We call them brothers and indeed, in spirit, they are!
Dexter loves to lounge (he's the 'wise old man' of the bunch), Kirby is a ball chasin' fool (who is slowing down with age, but still a barrel of laughs), and Franklin packs a blanket around like a little kid with his 'binkie' (Frankie is the 'baby' at age 8 but physically the largest of the three)!
They sleep with us, play with us, eat with us and basically are as much a part of the family as any human could be.
Sadly, Dexter and Kirby are battling degenerative disc disease. However, with lot's of love, great vets and some acupuncture treatments, they are doing quite well.
These three bring nothing but joy to our lives.....we LOVE our wieners!!!
