When I got married I wanted my wedding to be memorable. Not just for me, but for everybody who attended. Also, I am not a conventional type of person. I love my dog & consider him to by my faux child. So, for my wedding I had Bandit (my mini schnauzer) as the ring bearer. I found a tux for him at the local pet shop. Then I got a pink jeweled bracelet for his collar because the wedding colors were pink & navy blue. I had my mom stitch some pink ribbon on the "tail" buttons of the tux to tie the rings on. The flower girls tossed fake petals down the isle, so when Bandit went down he tried eating them. It was so cute and funny to watch my little puppy make his way down the isle.

I think it is very cool that your dog was in your wedding! I would have LOVED to do that at my wedding, but my husband's family is very against people having pets that are considered part of the family. :-(
