This picture was taken by me, Wesley Barnes, a 16 year old amateur photographer from Helena, Montana. It was a great day, just after sunset. I heard on the news there were large stratus clouds outside, so i took a peek. They made a great picture. The darkened foreground finished it off perfectly with some contrast.
