Being a senior has its advantages. Like having an open period. I basically get to do whatever I feel (following laws and rules of course). My open is during 6th period. I like this time because its just after my math class so all the information is still in my head to do mu homework. Most of the time I am talking with my friends rather than doing my homework. Hailey is an aid for Mr. Faechner 6th period and Jowy has it open also. Most of my open consists of hanging out in Faech's room talking about life. It gets really in depth! Every so often our friend Emily joins us and the occasional Javon. All of us with our different ideas coming into one big conversation really gets me thinking about my life, where it is headed, and how thankful I have such great people in my life. An open may sound like just a lazy way to fill a space in the day but for us, it is a blast!!
