My name is Leslie. I first met Bandit when he was 4 months old. He was born in an animal shelter. At 6 months I took him home. On that first day I laid a blanket in the yard, and cuddled and played with him. We bonded instantly. He turned 9 this year on August 10.
He has gone everywhere with me for those 9 years. So many people know him and greet him even before me.
I was going through some difficult times when I first got him, but he has always been my true buddy throughout. We have gone to work together, college, camping, and on vacation. He changed my life. He gave me positive hope, someone to look forward to. He gets presents from his grandparents on his birthday, Christmas, and even Easter. He is very much considered part of the family by me and others.
