Young man Assaulted in Havre

Early Friday morning, May 21, 2010, Perry Johnston and his friend J were having an early morning breakfast at the 4B's restaurant in Havre, MT when a small group of obnoxious adult males entered the facility and proceeded to cause chaos. Thinking that Perry and Josh were "laughing" at them the group of males approached Perry and Josh's table. Hoping this issue could be resolved verbally, Perry tried to stand from the booth when he was blindsided by one of the males. When Perry hit the floor, another of the males proceeded to assault him until he was rendered unconscious and unresponsive. Emergency services arrived, arrested the male who assaulted Perry and then Perry was taken to the local hospital in Havre where his miraculous life-saving process has begun. Later that afternoon Perry was life-flighted to Benefis East in Great Falls, MT where he remains in critical yet stable condition. He has a fractured skull and his quality of life may never be the same. The Bail hearing is set for Thursday- May 27th
